All parks in Ottawa closed until further notice

OTTAWA –  Effective immediately all parks within the city of Ottawa are now closed. According to the Ottawa Police Department, at this time the only activity permitted will be the launching of watercraft into the Illinois and Fox River using public boat launches at Allen and Fox River Park. The closures include all parks in Ottawa excluding the Allen and Fox River launches. No fishing from banks or boat launch/dock.
