Tonica Fire Department awarded grant for new equipment

 
TONICA – The Tonica Volunteer Fire Department and Ambulance has been awarded grants for new equipment. The Assistance to Firefighters Grant provided over $35,000 to get the department a Lucas CPR Compression Device. The Illinois State Fire Marshal grant provided Tonica with 20 new 4500 psi air bottles for their SCBA packs.
