Safe House wraps up 2021 with over 230 cat adoptions

 
Safe House Animal Rescue League, one of the only local feline trap, neuter spay, release programs, shared their yearly statistics for 2021. According to the nonprofit organization, they rescued 280 cats this past year, and made 239 adoptions. While the rescue league says the numbers for 2021 are not as impressive as they’d like, it still shows dedication to their mission.  Safe House is looking forward to a more productive 2022. Safe House provides shelter for the homeless, abused, or neglected cats of the Illinois Valley area and has a network of caring foster homes in Bureau and LaSalle counties.
