2 more COVID-19 deaths in LaSalle County; 192 statewide

OTTAWA – The LaSalle County Health Department confirmed 2 more COVID-19 related deaths, two males in their 70s. There have now been a total of 142 coronavirus related deaths since the start of the pandemic. In addition, 106 new cases were reported by the IDPH with 35 new recoveries. Since the beginning of the pandemic, 6,485 cases have been seen in LaSalle County with 4,062 of those now recovered. Throughout Illinois, nearly 11,000 new cases were reported by the IDPH with 192 additional deaths.
