Armed robbery reported in Mendota

 
MENDOTA – A pedestrian was a victim of an apparent armed robbery Tuesday night in Mendota. The Mendota Police Department say an individual was walking near the intersection of Wisconsin Avenue and Chicago Street around 10 PM when a vehicle pulled alongside him and the driver reportedly displayed a handgun. The driver then allegedly demanded money, which the victim surrendered. The driver left the area and no arrests have been made in connection to this incident.
