A utility worker in Phoenix is a hero after rescuing a toddler just seconds before the child ran into traffic. The hero’s name is Robert Butler and he spotted the kid running alone toward a busy intersection. So, he pulled over and was able to grab the toddler before it was too late.
The whole thing was caught on camera . . . and it was either really good luck, or divine intervention.
