A lady near Philadelphia named Cindy Ware recently lost the diamond from her engagement ring. It was a big deal because it’s a family heirloom, but then it showed up in an unexpected place. Her neighbor found it stuck in the tread of one of his water shoes.
She thinks it fell out during a water aerobics class near her home. He plays volleyball in the same pool and must have stepped on it. He found it months later, after he’d worn the shoes on vacation in Florida. So she’s lucky it didn’t fall out. She got it back on Valentine’s Day this month.
