A cop in South Carolina named Britanie Bratcher met a little girl while responding to a call back in 2023, and now she’s officially her MOM. They haven’t released a lot of details, but the girl wasn’t in a good situation, and Britanie took her in. Her police department said that after a “long legal journey,” the adoption finally went through last week.
