A McDonald’s near Tampa threw a big retirement party for a longtime employee. 56-year-old Rich Wilber has Down syndrome, and he’d worked at the location in St. Petersburg for 34 years. His manager who helped throw the party is 32 and wasn’t even born when he showed up for his first shift.
