“People” magazine did a story on a kid in Chicago named Taevion Norris, who missed his high school graduation because he’s waiting on a heart transplant. So school officials threw him his own graduation at the hospital.
Despite his health issues, he pushed to get all his schoolwork done in time to graduate. So they decided he deserved an official ceremony.
