A Cherished Momento

daily-dose-of-uplift-2

A lady in Canada recently bought a vintage, heart-shaped locket at a thrift store that had photos of a man and woman from World War Two.  So she decided she couldn’t keep it and went looking for the owner.

She posted some photos on Facebook, and the couple’s granddaughter saw them.  They’ve since passed away, and she was thrilled to get it.  She called it an example of “the power of social media doing something good.”
