Have you heard about “Doug’s Winter Party”? An 87-year-old man in Pennsylvania named Doug went viral, when he went to a neighbor’s house to give her a hand-written invitation to a neighborhood party at his home.
She thought it was sweet, and shared it online. It went viral, and people ALL OVER the internet were sending snacks and drinks to Doug for his party, which happened this past Saturday. Doug said it would go on, “until the cops arrive.”
Doug and the neighbor recorded some stuff live from the party, and then they went on the “Today” show to talk about how they think people just latched onto the neighborly wholesomeness of it. Oh, and the cops never showed up.
