Fox News did a big profile on a fifth-grade teacher in Kentucky named Justin Padgett, who adopted one of his students. It all started in 2021 when kids returned to school after the pandemic shutdowns.
A student named Jayden had fallen behind, so Justin game him some extra tutoring . . . found out he was in foster care . . . and Jayden ASKED if he’d adopt him. So Justin went home and told his wife about it.
They’d been trying to have kids, but it never happened. So they decided to adopt Jayden . . . along with all three of his siblings as well. The adoption became official in 2022, and they’re all one big happy family.
