A 84-year-old woman near Pittsburgh named Dot Sharp finally retired after working at McDonald’s for 45 years. She remembers when they started serving Happy Meals in 1979, McNuggets a year later, and even the McPizza in 1986.
She’s been working the drive-thru for the past nine years, and customers love her. So she’ll be missed. But her granddaughter Dotty is following in her footsteps and also works at McDonald’s.
