Thief Steals Whole Rack of Chips from Gas Station, Random Guy Opened Two Bags and Got Arrested

Man stole an entire display of chips from a gas station in Memphis this month, and it’s not clear if cops caught him yet or not.  But while the cashier was distracted, another customer noticed he dropped two bags of chips outside.  So he opened them, still had crumbs on his face when cops found him, and got arrested for theft.
