A man tried to steal two phones from a store in West Yorkshire. However, he was thwarted when the staff remotely locked the doors behind him when he entered the store. He can be seen in the surveillance video trying to run and not being able to open the doors. He turns around and hands the phones back to the staff. He begins to go on a rant that his friend outside put him up to it and the staff let him go for fear he would become angry and cause damage to the store or hurt them. Police said that since he actually didn’t steal anything he was not a priority to be found.
