OTTAWA – The 100 block of West Washington Street from Columbus Street west to the alley will be closed to all traffic beginning Monday, March 22nd, by 7:00 a.m. The alley will remain open but equipment needed for roof repairs at St. Columba Church will require closing the east half of the block and eliminate all traffic and on-street parking. The area will NOT be open at night. Weather permitting, the repairs are expected to take several days and the block reopened to traffic and parking by the end of the week.
