MENDOTA – In the last seven days there have been six COVID-19 related deaths among residents and another 77 residents and staff have tested positive at Heritage Health in Mendota. The facility in Mendota is not alone in reporting new cases, with a pair of infections among residents or staff at the LaSalle Veterans Home and four cases at the LaSalle County Nursing Home. Two infections were also reported at the Streator Unlimited care facility.
