Guy Fieri continues his charitable contributions, donates 1,200 meals to hospital workers

Your “Daily Dose of Uplift” for May 15:
With the help of a gigantic Stagecoach Smokehouse RV and several loyal volunteers, TV star Guy Fieri spent one weekday in Santa Rosa, California where he was passing out takeout boxes of food to hospital workers to thank them for their tireless work in combating COVID-19.
Fieri went a step further in personalizing each of the hundreds of meals by writing words of encouragement on the Styrofoam boxes and initialing them as well. It’s nice when your food comes with a one-of-a-kind souvenir.
Fieri, famous for the smash-hit series Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives, has been on a roll with donating money to restaurant workers who have been adversely affected by the pandemic, and now, extends his hat to the frontline workers who have spent the last several months aiding patients with the novel coronavirus.
If he keeps it up, Fieri will soon become America’s most beloved reality TV star.
