SPRING VALLEY – Spring Valley will hold a public meeting, Wednesday on whether the city should allow cannabis facilities within its corporate limits. Anyone wishing to attend and comment on the issue to allow commercial and industrial marijuana facilities can make an appearance at the City Hall Council Chambers at 7 p.m.
