PERU – Something more spine-chilling than tricks and pranks on Halloween is the idea of snowfall.
According to Weatherology Meteorologist Ray Miller, a cold front will move through north central Illinois during the overnight hours on Tuesday to transition rain to snow, but nothing particularly heavy.
A wintry mix of rain and snow is likely for Wednesday and Thursday so little monsters and goblins should dress accordingly while on the prowl for candy. Temperature during both days don’t look as frightening, highs in the upper 30s to low 40s.
