MENDOTA – The Mendota Police are investigating an incident involving a gun early Sunday morning. Authorities were called to the 100 block of 13th Ave around 3 AM for a report of someone with a gunshot wound. Police say they are still looking into the matter, but they emphasize there is no cause for alarm or danger to the community.
