A New Class of New York City Firefighters is getting set to graduate this month. The really cool thing about this class is it has 13 “legacy” graduates. 13 of the new firefighters are children of firefighters who lost their lives on 9/11. This is touching as most of these graduates were really young when they lost their fathers, but still following in their footsteps. We have to remember the first responders and everyone who lost their lives on that tragic day. It takes a special type of person to run towards danger while everyone else is running away.
