Ever have a hard time making a new habit stick? Well maybe it is time to try this out. This video is going viral because it is helping people make those new habits stick. I say I’m going to start going to the gym again all the time, then three days in I’ve had enough and fall off the wagon. Maybe this will help? It sounds easy enough, all you do is never skip two days in a row. Maybe I will give this a try and see how this two day rule works out for me.
