Three Florida teenagers stopped to help a man with a flat tire and quickly realized he was suffering a heart attack. The boys called 911, stayed with him, and kept him calm until first responders arrived.
Doctors say these actions likely saved his life. The man was hospitalized and later recovered. And he called the teens “angels” that were sent at the right moment.
