A cop in Oregon stopped traffic on the interstate to save a family of ducks on Monday.  A driver who had to stop and wait shared footage of it online.

The cop gently ushered them off the side of the road, and they’re all okay.

Meanwhile, firefighters in west Colorado also saved a family of ducks this week.  A bunch of ducklings fell down a storm drain, and they pulled them out one by one.  We counted nine ducklings in the video.

Then a day later, the same department shared pics of a black-and-white kitten they pulled from another storm drain.  They joked that they “don’t just rescue ducklings . . . sometimes it’s kittens too.”
