Girls basketball: Princeton pulls away from Hall in second half
The Princeton girls basketball team turned up the defensive pressure in the second half to pull away from Hall for a 57-40 victory Thursday in both teams’ Three Rivers Conference East Division opener.
Girls basketball: Dixon uses big second half to top La Salle-Peru, improve to 9-0
Dixon trailed La Salle-Peru by five points after the opening quarter Thursday night at Lancaster Gym but rallied to take the lead in the second quarter and dominated the second half to remain undefeated on the season.
