I like almost everyone else on social media yesterday thought I was doing something special making my broom stand on its own. Turns out that it is just a myth. Actually your broom will stand up on its own on any day, doesn’t matter. It has nothing to do with the Earth’s gravitational pull. The center of gravity is low enough on the broom and right over the bristles, so you can get them to act like a tripod any day of the year.
