Two more residents of a DeKalb County long term care facility die during COVID-19 outbreak

DEKALB- Two more residents of a DeKalb long term care facility hard hit by a novel coronavirus outbreak have died  The DeKalb County Health Department reported Friday that two additional residents from Pine Acres have died, men in their 80’s and 90’s, from complications of COVID-19. The DeKalb County Health Department previously announced that these Pine Acres residents had tested positive for COVID-19.  DCHD is also reporting an additional 3 positive cases of COVID-19 in the county.   There have been 8 deaths now at Pine Acres, and 52 residents and 22 staff members have all tested positive.
