MENDOTA- A single vehicle crash Tuesday morning left the driver uninjured, but wet. Around 10:45 AM the Illinois State Police we’re called to Illinois 251 near North 38th road for a car in the water. For unknown reasons the northbound car allegedly traveled off road and landed in Spring Creek adjacent to the roadway south of Mendota. The crash is under investigation by the Illinois State Police.
