CRESTON – A second man was arrested Wednesday morning for the Tuesday afternoon robbery of a bank in Creston. The Ogle County Sheriff’s Office announced they had taken 37-year-old Jeremy L. Hines into custody and charged him with Possession of Stolen Property. He was taken to to the Ogle County Jail with bond yet to be set. The exact nature of Hines purported involvement with the robbery of Holcomb State Bank wasn’t released, but another man, 39-year-old William Wayne Clark II of Rochelle was arrested and charged with Robbery Tuesday night after allegedly taking an undisclosed amount of cash.
