The Perfectly Flawed Foundation offers remote resources and support during stay-at-home orders


LASALLE – The Perfectly Flawed Foundation is hosting a series of online interviews with medical practitioners to help those cope with the coronavirus pandemic. Founder Luke Tomsha with increased isolation, boredom and anxiety that exists, there is a risk of increased self-medicating with recreational alcohol and drug use among the general population. On Thursday at 9 a.m. there will be a guided meditation with the assistant director of The Center for Optimal Living, Dr. Jennifer Talley on the Perfectly Flawed Facebook page. On Friday at 1 p.m. there will be an interview discussion on “Urge Surfing” with the director of The Center for Optimal Living, Dr. Andrew Tatarsky. Remote one-on-one peer support is available.
