Putnam County wanting information on possible infections

Studstill Media

HENNEPIN – The Putnam County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the community’s assistance letting them know if they have been advised to self-quarantine by a medical provider.

They said Thursday that confidentiality is a priority, and that they only seek your address to make sure they send the appropriate resources in a timely and efficient manner in the event of an emergency.   They are asking individuals to contact their office at (815)925-7084.  This is to include Dr’s. office, hospital, nurse/COVID hotlines or your local health department.  The information that they are seeking is only an address and date of first symptom. They do not need a name, only an address.
