PONTIAC – The Livingston County Health Department reported Monday an additional 17 inmates have been infected with COVID-19. Currently, 62 inmates and 21 staff are reported as active cases by the Illinois Department of Corrections. At least one inmate in his 50’s is being hospitalized. Since the pandemic began, Livingston County has recorded 840 cases and 12 deaths.
