OTTAWA – Ottawa Central Dispatch has announced that the only warming center available will be The Department of Human Services during normal business hours. PADS shelter in Ottawa has stated they will be open 24 hours, but have already reached maximum capacity for their homeless residents. Crossbridge Community Church announced that Building 412 will serve as a warming center. They are looking for volunteers to stay in 4 hour shifts through Thursday evening.
