Man charged for alleged damage to Ottawa school bus

 
OTTAWA – An Ottawa man faces felony charges after allegedly causing significant damage to a school bus. According to the Ottawa Police Department, 51-year-old Julio Franco is charged with two counts of criminal damage to government support property after a substance was reportedly placed into the fuel tank of an Ottawa Elementary District School Bus in February. The Ottawa Police Department says they developed Franco as a suspect and was transported to the LaSalle County Jail.
