OGLESBY – The Oglesby Police Department gained a new member Monday night at the Oglesby City Council Meeting. A Western Illinois University graduate, 26-year-old Paul Munoz was sworn in by Deputy Police Chief Mike Margis. He said it has been his dream since he was a kid to be a member of law enforcement.
