OGLESBY- Oglesby Mayor Dom Rivara announced that the city will once again have their Christmas decorating contest for homes and businesses in the community. Those interested in participating will need to register by December 1st at the city clerks office. Winners will receive a $200 rebate on their electric utilities bill. Winners will be announced December 27th. The city also announced that leaf pickup will be extended until the 29th of November.
