LASALLE – A New York woman arrested during a traffic stop in LaSalle is charged with possession of purported heroin. According to the Illinois State Police, on Monday 24-year-old Englund Horgan was taken into custody after a traffic stop on I-80 in LaSalle revealed she was in possession of suspected heroin. Horgan is being held at the LaSalle County jail on a million dollar bond.
