MENDOTA – New digital display speed reminders are coming to Mendota. The City of Mendota Department of Public Works has been busy install new solar powered speed limit signs on West Main Street adjacent to Strouss Park. The signs will use radar to display the vehicles speed as they pass in an effort to make the neighborhood safer for the many pedestrians in the area. Additional signs are coming, including one in front of the Mendota City Pool on Meriden Street.
