STREATOR – A Streator tap will have its murals erected by the end of this month. According to city engineer Jeremy Palm, the long awaited mural for Gayle’s Monroe Tap will be in place by the end of October. NCI-Artworks, Ray Paseka created the murals to be cohesive with the, “Heritage Park Vintage Wall”, a mural also created by the artist. Paseka found inspiration from a vintage champagne ad to design a 1920’s old style barmaid with a raised glass.
