OTTAWA – Minor injuries were reported in a single-vehicle rollover accident on I-80 in Ottawa on Thursday. According to the Illinois State Police, at 12:30 p.m. a 64-year-old Iowa man driving a semi-truck attempted to enter I- 80 from Illinois Route 71 in Ottawa, when he allegedly lost control of the vehicle and entered a grassy area between the ramp and I-80, then entered the westbound lanes and overturned across both lanes. The driver was transported to an area hospital for evaluation. Police say it took around six hours to clear the scene.
