MENDOTA – The Mendota Police Department reported that they have arrested multiple individuals in possession of a dangerous drug over the past 60 days. Authorities report that Flualprazolam, sometimes referred to as a designer benzodiazepine, is often marketed as a research chemical and associated with drug overdoses and deaths within the United States. It’s now more and more prevalent in the Illinois State Police Crime Laboratory findings. MPD also reported seizing Eutylon, which can include adverse effects such as hyperthermia, arrhythmias, and dehydration. Mendota Police urge all individuals not to ingest any medications, prescriptions, or capsules that were not prescribed by a doctor.
