OTTAWA – A Marseilles man who was on parole was arrested on felony drug charges on Sunday. According to the Ottawa Police, 46-year-old Robert L. Sims was a passenger in a vehicle involved in an accident in May and reportedly fled on foot. He was spoken to by a detective on that date and was found to be in possession of purported cocaine. An arrest warrant was issued for felony possession with intent to deliver and he was taken into custody in Grundy County on Sunday. Sims is being held on a one million dollars bond.
