ROCHELLE – One man is dead after a shooting in Ogle County on Thursday. In a statement released by the Rochelle Police Department, they say that 37-year-old Devin Bailey of Oregon, Illinois, was shot in the 1100 block of First Ave in Rochelle around 9:15 PM. He was taken to an area hospital where he was later pronounced deceased. After an investigation, three individuals were charged, including 24-year-old Cody Neuschwanger with First Degree Murder and Mob Action, and two 17-year-old Juveniles who were charged with Mob Action. All three are from Polo, Illinois. Neuschwanger was transported to Ogle County Jail and the two Juveniles were released to their parents. The Rochelle Police Department and the Illinois State Police Crime Scene Unit are still investigating the incident.
