MENDOTA- The Illinois Department of Public Health is reporting a COVID-19 outbreak at a long term care facility in Mendota. The IDPH report that ten individuals have tested positive at Heritage Health, with no deaths reported. This would be the third such facility in the county to record an outbreak.
