LaSalle County Covid-19 Cases Tops The Hundred Mark

OTTAWA – Nine new coronavirus cases and one more death were confirmed Saturday by the LaSalle County Health Department.  According to the health department, the 9 cases range from a woman in her 30’s to a man in his 90’s.  All nine are in isolation, and that makes 102 total confirmed cases since the pandemic began.  The death was said by authorities to be a man in his 80’s who previously tested positive for COVID-19.  One person has recovered from the virus, and released from isolation, so that makes 43 recoveries in the county.  Overall, 5 Covid-19 patients in LaSalle County have died since March.
