IDPH confirms 6 new COVID-19 related deaths on Monday

SPRINGFIELD – 883 new cases of COVID-19 were confirmed by the Illinois Department of Public Health, including 6 additional deaths. This is the lowest daily death toll the state has seen in a week, on July 6th. The IDPH is reporting a total of 154, 799 total cases since the start of the pandemic in the state, with 7,193 deaths from complications related to COVID-19.
