Deadline reminder for filing crop acreage reports is near

 
AMBOY – The Lee County Farm Service Agency is reminding farmers the deadline for filing crop acreage reports for 2019 spring seeded crops is Monday, July 15th. After July 15th, farmers will be charged a late filing fee of $46 per farm in order to file a crop report.  Acreage reports may be revised at any time without a late filing charge as long as the revision can be filed before the final reporting date.  After that date, a filing fee of $46 per farm will be assessed and require a field visit to confirm the changes.
