UNDATED – Daylight saving time starts Sunday, which means losing one hour of sleep. The Center for Disease Control says being sleep deprived before the time change can increase health and safety risks like weakening your immune system. They recommend moving up the timing of wakening and going to sleep earlier by 15 – 20 minutes each day until they are in line with the new time. The “spring forward” starts at 2 a.m. Sunday
